Back in fifth grade, I became interested in robotics through a Mindstorms class that my school offered but found that there were no more robotics classes in my middle school. So, with a friend, I founded my own robotics team outside of school, so that I could spend lots of time building robotics and learning about how to lead a team as the head mechanic. Five years later, the team is still growing and going strong, becoming more and more successful each year.
